I bought Rocket League through Twitch Prime. I linked via Steam. However, I can't find this additional content in my garage. I need help somehow how I can get it all.

You can't buy games with Twitch Prime, there's loot for certain games that can then be called up within a certain period of time.

The lots are only available for a certain period of time. If you have connected your account to Twitch, you have to access Twitch Loot and then you have the things in-game
