Rocket league how do i get Twitch prime loot?

I have connected my Amazon Prime to my Twitch prime and rocket league (Xbox) I want to redeem my loot now but there's greyed out no longer available how can I redeem the loot please answer quickly.

Not at all anymore, the lots are only available for a certain period and can't be redeemed afterwards. Have to wait for new ones.
