GTA Online and Red Dead Online Twitch Prime Loot. How do I properly activate the Twitch Prime Loot?

I have been trying for several weeks to activate the Twitch Prime Loot of GTA and Red Dead Online. Have already written with the support of Rockstar and have read tens of forums and Redditposts. Unfortunately still no solution found. I linked all accounts correctly as shown in the screenshot.

But I can't pick up the loot on Twitch himself, because he redirects me to this Rockstar page and tells me that I should choose the account where I want the bonus. For info I play on the PC.
