Are the controllers mixed up?

I have on my PC this Xbox Wireless Adapter son USB Stick what you plug in, what I brauhe for the Xbox One controller when I gamble on the PC and I've got ne Xbox One X I activate its controller connects to the then PC? I mean, is there then a lack of communication? Or no idea what I should call it. Are the controllers mixed up with whom to connect?
