I have an Xbox One and my controller actually works perfectly and is only about 1 year old (the controller) but on my controller the A button is wiggling when I move the controller and when I press A the button is much too easy purely so I don't even need 1% force to push it someone knows a solution?
I find it completely normal. The keys always have some play and should be easy to press
No, I mean it's too easy to push in
And no, that's not normal.
Perhaps too often pushed in too hard and the mechanism was borrowed. The A button is also the most used button on the controller.
There's not much you can do, maybe open and see what is broken on the A button.
Only 1 year old? Then try to make a complaint on guarantee! No desire or no chance? You could mount a filigree buffer ring under the A button with an elastic material; Glue and chewing gum are not suitable because they harden after some time, so take a drop of soft silicone out of the tube, wait approx. 1 hour (check in between to see if it is "ready", so far until it is just being formed can and then try to place it cleverly and, above all, fix it in place. It's best if you let a semi-professional do it, e.g. In the cell phone repair shop, people like to do something different.
Perhaps a very thin rubber ring is possible if you cut it and then slide it in as a clamp. Dimensions of the ring depending on the desired pressure point. Not so easy. But must still be worth it, since a new controller "only" costs around 50 euro.
Open according to instructions in the network: Open X-Box One Controller
Carefully lift the cover on both sides / pry separately under the left and right bumper. Warning: it is held in place by sensitive clips.
Thank you would have been really hard too often buy me a new one.
