Ps4 no longer works after a fault?

I was just playing on the ps4 and all of a sudden a lot of colored dots appeared on my screen for 3 seconds during which my controller vibrated a little longer than the disturbance on the screen and then the ps4 went off.

I pressed the power button for 7-10 seconds and did not beep

I also connected the controller to the ps4 and pressed the ps4 start button on the controller, but it only lights up quickly for 15 seconds. So on-off-on-off for 15 seconds.

And I can't get the CD out with the button next to the power button

What should I do?

Pull out the power plug at the back of your PS4, leave it outside for a minute and then back in, that has already helped many (me too)
