Question about PSNow?

I play on Xbox one as well as on Ps4 and on the Xbox I have been using the gamepass for a good 2 years. Now I'm already working labge a question is worthwhile on Ps4 also Psnow and can you only stream the games in it or can you download them during the subscription period?

I'm not sure now if it is with ps Now but with ps plus you could download the monthly games and play in the period in which you had the subscription. When the subscription has expired, the games will be blocked until you have a new subscription.
