Xbox Game Bar in Windows 10: Save screenshots in smaller size?

I often use the Xbox Game Bar program built into Windows 10 to take screenshots. But there's a small problem: The video recorder saves the videos oversized, so I have to compress them with the program VidCoder. For example, a video with a length of about 20 minutes freshly taken almost takes 1 GB, while it is encoded with VidCoder only 135 MB in size.

Can one adjust somehow that the "Xbox Game Bar" saves the video from the beginning in a smaller size? Why does the program store a video that big? Or is that just me? Is it in hindsight but perhaps better, on another program such. To change OBS?
