I got the gamepass ultimate subscription, but can't install the xbox app

Have already tried everything that I can make updates again, could it be because I previously uninstalled Cortana, Windows Defender and Feedback with 3 scripts?
Please help, and how I can restore it if that's because of that
Actually, these tools do a system restore point, please have a look
I don't know about a restore point now, that's practically just the bare cmd script with packages.txt and install_wim_tweak.exe
