(Xbox) how many reports before you get banned?

There are so these ratings for individual profiles (nothing, improvement needed, avoid me).

From how many reports do you get these levels and from how many do you get banned? Or does that depend on the severity of the behavior? Game e.g. A game of my rank for years and I know people who have been toxic for months for no reason, are reported countless times, but nothing happens to them?

The rating has nothing to do with it, is only there to warn others, and you are not allowed to report others as long as they have not done what was written

So even if I get reported 10,000 times, is that just a warning for others and nothing happens to me?

And you can rarely check whether the message is fake or not, right? Don't think that a bot or an mc employee can look through every report and see what has happened ingame in the last 5 minutes, right?
