How does the ban system work on Playstation?

So I've been banned from playstation 3 times now.

Once for 3 days, then for a week, and then for a month.

I was occasionally a bit offended by the Playstation reporting function, but then stopped completely after being banned for a week.

After being banned for a week, I didn't insult anyone or write or send anything bad, but I was banned again after a few months.

Now I wanted to ask, can you be reported for older reports that you wrote before the ban, because I often wrote insulting reports for a week before the ban in several chats but then stopped.

Of course, you can also pay for older messages.

Because an insult remains an insult, regardless of whether it was a few weeks ago or not.

But I also don't understand why you have to insult people within the community at all. That shows enormously how childish, toxic and above all naive the Playstation community is. So I'm not wondering why you only hear about Playstation bans and not from Nintendo or Xbox bans. On the one hand, the ban systems there are more justified and on the other hand, there are basically more people on these platforms who can behave.

You can't behave. That's why you were banned.

I would recommend you to let that be. Because on the one hand you show me and many here that you are still quite young and on the other hand, as already mentioned, you show how the PS community behaves.

This is due to games like Call of Duty, Battlefield and Co. Everything that is online. Ten year olds wish their mother dead.

I could hardly save myself from hate mail.

The thing is, I got the ban for a week, 5 months ago.

Since then I haven't written anything and I've learned from it.

I wrote about 9 insulting messages in different chats before the ban for a week.

And that's just so stupid that people can then report me for 6 month old messages

That is justified. Your insult can be prosecuted for exactly 1 year. After this year, the so-called statute of limitations occurs, which means that you can no longer be punished for it.

Be glad that you were just excluded from such an affordable system and not received any real punishment for it.
