Cold War won't start?

Yeah, it's about the following:

I have had Cold War for the Xbox Series X for a few weeks and now it has been for a few days that when I want to start the game, the title picture appears but the game ends after 15-20 seconds. By itself and without an error message. The problem has now appeared with several friends and there's no further help from the support. The whole thing is a shame at the moment because of the double weapon xp.

Does anyone else have this problem and does anyone know how to fix it?

Well I have PS but:

Always try reinstalling something like that

If you have it as a disc, check for damage

Otherwise just wait for the next update

The support should actually help you, it's your game

Moin unfortunately have no solution but the same problem! I have really tried EVERYTHING (reinstall the game, delete user accounts and add them again, I even completely reset the Xbox to factory settings) but nothing works! I'm going crazy. Have the Series x for 2.5 weeks now and I was actually completely satisfied, but that makes me really mad -.- well I would be happy about help haydegetreide

I have exactly the same problem. CD in the game starts and after not even 10 seconds I'm back on the dashboard of the Xbox. For me, the factory condition and reinstalling the game didn't help either. And it's really only when it's cold. All other games work. I'm slowly despairing.
