Not at all. Download the launcher and buy an account if you don't already have one.
If you play minecraft as Java Edition, you don't have to log in anywhere. With the Windows 10 Edition, everything should actually be regulated with one login. If you should play on an xbox, you need the xbox live gold membership to play online.
