Xbox One suddenly no sound?

My Xbox is no longer sound. Earlier, ton was fine. But now it is no longer possible. But the sound goes on the TV what can I do?

Remove the HDMI cable and plug it back in, both on the Xbox and on the television.

If that doesn't help, resetting ALL sound settings on Xbox means manually switching all settings back to standard. I also had it.
