I have a Denon X550BT and a Samsung UE55D6500 and a few days ago I have an XBOX ONE X.
when I select on the XBOX 5.1 as audio, but almost everything sounds funny, votes do not come through the center but Front L-R and this also quite funny. This happens at games, YouTube and Netflix.
Amazon Prime does not have the problem. The sound is always strong but wrong.
if I have stereo the problem does not exist but I do not have a strong sound.
The XBOX is coupled with the AVR and the TV so this can control.
Center speaker L-R front and L-R rear are connected to the AVR. Unfortunately, the subwoofer does not work but I know that the sound is okay because I had connected a normal ONE before the ONE X. This always ran with stereo.
The construction of the devices is as follows via HDMI cable:

what can I do so that the sound is full and good and 5.1 is synonymous as such transmitted and output?
I'm no AVR or technology nerd So if you tell me wad then please as simple as possible:-)
Xbox: Set to Bitstream in the Sound Settings for the AVR to decorate.
Xbox via HDMI in the AVR, AVR via HDMI to the TV

the boxes front L-R are from Elac and already quite old. Unfortunately, I have no type designation. I know that they are quite strong but I made that aware as the sub is not connected and I'm not into the sound.
I would recommend you z. B. To get the Wharfedale Crystal 3, is a 5.0 … Beginner system, that's what I have and a Canton As 10, 15 or 20. Then it's a 5.1 system
Have even the As20 … No more wishes with me. Grenade impacts at Call of Duty z. B. Let the living room floor shake… The cups in the closet are churning, the voices sound strong and natural… All the best. The speakers are used very cheap.
