I recently made a new profile picture and now I can't select it as an xbox profile picture someone can tell me what the problem is maybe 🤔
As far as I have heard, you can currently no longer change the profile pictures, because this should reduce the Internet load.

Adjustments to custom image uploads
As social contacts are sought via gaming, we experience record numbers for Xbox Game Pass, Xbox Live and Mixer. In order to improve moderation and ensure an optimal user experience for our community, small adjustments are made. We temporarily disabled the feature to upload custom player images, club images, and club backgrounds.
