Xbox game pass transferable?

If I buy the game pass on the xbox, can it be transferred to the pc?

You can only use it on both devices if you buy Xbox Game Pass Ultimate

With the Ultimate you also get Xbox Live Gold on the Xbox

Unfortunately, if you have the normal console Xbox Game Pass subscription, then this is not possible.

To get access to the games you either need an additional Xbox Game Pass for PC membership, which is not recommended at all, as you get more for less money with the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.

All Xbox Game Pass games are transferrable from console to PC.
