Buy Wolfenstein Youngblood Uncut Digital?

Hey if I buy Wolfenstein Youngblood from the xbox store or playstation store, is the version uncut or also cut? And if the uncut is also in German?

I don't know if the uncut version will be sold in the store, but I hardly believe it.

What I do know is that the uncut version is not playable in German but only original in English with the same subtitles.
