So to make it to the point… If I put my language at the PS4 in English or American, then my purchased in Germany Wolfenstein 2 CD can be changed… So if I change my language, then the Uncut version of Wolfenstein is on my ps4?
No. No matter what language you set the game or the console it is the version you bought. Say the cut version. Since you have to buy already the Uncut version of the game

You can buy imports via the English Amazon UK. However only with credit card. Otherwise there are other online shops. Just search the internet for UK IMport games.
