Xbox one live problem?

on my Xbox one x it says in the settings that an Xbox live problem has occurred there:

There was a problem with the following service: Buying and using content…

what does that mean? And what shall I do?

That means exactly as it says there. Apparently there's currently a problem on the server side at Microsoft.

You can and don't have to do anything. This is usually remedied promptly.
