What do you do with multiple debits?

I have just Xbox Live fetched only for 1 euro and apparently there was a problem it looked like the system would not accept it then I tried several times to book it again this time regular price only after restarting the console I could access the services and then i look at paypal it has been charged 3x for 1 month and my question what do i have to do '? Where do I get in touch?

To the e-mail address where you paid via paypal. They should refund the overpaid money.
