So I think this video game is very nice so far and would like to buy it for my Xbox One. However, I'm confused because some say something about because you're mainly playing a certain character, but in videos you can see them all with Darth Vader and Co. Rum Race.
I do not have Xbox Live Gold, so I certainly can't play multiplayer right?
Are there any other game modes?
Is there a difference in the game between Xbox One, Pc, Ps4, Xbox 360?

Star Wars Battlefront II thrives on multiplayer. Without XBOX Live, the game is not worth it. In the story you play mostly Iden Versio and in the arcade missions certain heroes and villains. Be it Luke Skywalker, Leia Organa, Kylo Ren or the Emperor, and much more. But only for story and single player arcade worth the game.
In the current Battlefront 2 you play in multiplayer one of many soldiers, so no one determined. If you have collected enough points in one round, you can also choose a hero / rogue, such as Darth Vader or Obi-Wan.
In addition to the regular MP there's still a story mode and smaller arcade scenarios.
Without gold and the Mp but it makes little sense.
