The playlist has about 60 songs and was created by me, you can't start them on other Xbox's, but you can on your mobile phone. The problem just happened, it was not patched in by an update or anything else. What could be the reason? Of course I've already reinstalled Spotify, but always the same problem. With Spotify Connect it only works from time to time, so that's not a solution. With the Corona Virus, support is only available for urgent matters, which is why I'm trying this way. Try to play the playlist on your mobile phone and then change the playback device to the Xbox (for the played song there's a symbol below where something should be, e.g. Available devices or something). The prerequisite is that both devices are in the same network. The only thing I can think of is what you could try, or just delete and reinstall the Xbox app
