The reason for this is I would probably get the new consoles ps5 anyway next year sometime in June or so, so another year and saw there's a game pass and there are so many games I can catch up on games that are really old that's why it's worth it for 190euro. And 1 month online but still get me game pass

Why a One S for 190 euro? Get the One X refurbished from Amazon for 199 euro. That would be worth it, you can get rid of them easily. The S wouldn't be worth it.
And how is it overhauled?

Can say from personal experience that the consoles are flawless. And you don't need to worry about the guarantee, Amazon is also very accommodating in warranty cases.
