I have a question about Sea of thieves?

Hi, I've got the xbox pass in microsoft store then I downloaded sot and I wanted to play it, however, it opens only 3 seconds and then it disappears again I ask for help

I've already done all window updates and the latest drivers

Can it have something to do with the fact that there's only again and not start?

Had the same problem, for me it was the virus scanner (trend micro) had to add a certain exception, then it went again.
