Ghost Recon Wildlands for Xbox One X keeps hanging and getting frame drops, has anyone experienced anything like it?

I'm currently trying to play ghost recon wildlands on the xbox one x, but I found out right away that the game was not running smoothly. Even in character creation, I had to wait until the desired item of equipment loaded properly. In the game, the game also hangs when driving. Is it maybe the Ubisoft servers? I was going to play the game offline, but apparently it doesn't seem to be possible either. Maybe you should switch off the internet connection completely?
