Minecraft character runs to the left by itself

My Minecraft character always runs by itself to the left without me pressing anything on my controller. I play on an XBOX360 from 2015 I think and the problem has been around since we bought the console and the game. Can anyone help me?

You have to recalibrate the control by going to Control Settings and then turning the hardness up to 60
