Gta jerky?

I have the following problem on the PC.
Gta (V) Online runs at around 80fps.
But lately it has happened very often that the fps suddenly drops to 10-15fps without a recognizable trigger
the game then suddenly no longer demands anything from the computer
The GPU has a fixed clock rate and is simply no longer required as if the game simply did not want to run smoothly.
then only a restart or wait helps… Sometimes it stops after 20 minutes
sometimes only after 50 min
since on the PC platform you have to wait a lot longer than for a console to get into a normal online session and you often come into "modest" lobbies in which small kiddis BFV are confused with GTA and you are often involved in missions, the restart is actually none real option.
I have a 1050TI that packs the game in fullHD more than easily.
The system for me has no such problems in any other game and there should be no background activities from windows and other programs to blame.
did someone have similar problems and know solutions?

Enclosed maybe another question that is not as important.
does anyone know when you usually get rockstar bonus rewards at the PC version?
I only received a bonus after 4 days and I've been waiting for the other for almost 3 days
on the xbox one you had bonuses through cash cards and logging in as well as quests etc. Always within one day.

With GTA in particular, it is important to know your entire system, especially your processor

Ryzen 1600x 3.8Ghz

16gb ram 2800mhz

1050ti 1936mhz permaboost gpu 4000 (2000) mhz ram clock

windows 10 pro

MSI 470x gaming pro carbon

cpu temp 70 ° max

GPU temp 54 ° max

cpu utilization at 80fps 15-22% max

Is your GPU temperature at a maximum of 54 ° C? I nearly can't believe that

What about the GPU load? How high is it in normal gameplay and how high when these stutters happen?

What power supply do you have?

Oh well. It is a 1050TI and not an RTX 2070 or 5700XT
whoever gets a 1050TI hot did something wrong in his case.
Quite apart from that, I have confirmed that after pretty much all renowned test sites the best but most expensive 1050TI model…
in almost all tests it was the coolest card with the best clock rates to achieve… With the old driver I was able to achieve even higher clock rates that ran unconditionally.
And since gta is not the forefront and I have cooling reserves for other games because I have 54 ° on the GPU with the current driver and stable OC and 70% maximum fan output
other games even get you to 57 ° at a room temperature of 24 °

I occasionally add GPU-z screenshots if there's a difference between the stuttering period and normal condition if it does not stutter

Okay, I wasn't worried about that at the moment, it can get there.

Well GTA may not be as demanding in 2020 but poorly optimized, so very CPU-intensive.
