Call of Duty, Skyrim, Battlefield, Assassin's Creed etc?

If you play it on an XBox, you need a headset. Sure you don't have to, but is it useful? Or do you first and foremost have to be able to hear or ideally also be able to speak? So when you play on the PS, are you expected to speak too?

With all CoDs it is so that you are not insulted until you can, it would be an advantage to have a headset to "defend" yourself.

Yes you can as far as I know but I only played MW so I can't say it for everyone…
btw there you can learn a lot of new insults (I learned, for example, that if I bag him tea again that my grandma will die of corona… XD)
