Apex legends does not start on the xbox one anymore?

I have not had a problem with Apex since a few days ago, so I can't get into the main menu and the loading bar is not spinning anymore. Have already deleted the game and reinstalled, but nothing came out of it. Can somebody help me with it?

Have no Xbox but maybe it's the new update that came out a few days ago that you just have not installed yet
