I just wanted to buy a gamekey for the xbox and did it via eneba.com. But now I got a gamekey for Blizzard, which I can't do anything. Is of course already paid, can I somehow continue to sell or cancel?
Did YOU buy that or did MAN send you the wrong one?
In the first case, it is clearly a wrong delivery, which can be canceled; in the second case proof that not used, possibly describe case in writing and ask for reversal of the purchase (goodwill request).
Unfortunately, I bought it, was my mistake in the sense. Just need to know if you can resell it, or if somehow linked to my account / email addresse / profile.
The buyer is deposited, a resale should therefore be prohibited.
According to terms and conditions a "resell" is not allowed.
