I can't play forza horizon 4 online?

I'm unable to play Forza Horizen 4 online. Either there's no session at all or the data is retrieved for hours. After restarting the router and the console, I'm still unable to play online (Xbox Live freshly renewed as well as game pass through which I obtain this game)
