Find Xbox one teammates?

I'm looking for teammates for the Xbox one specifically for Dying Light, Battlefield 1 and GTA 5. How can I find players?

About Xbox One self. At the desired game, press Start and select "Official Club". Once there, press "RB" to switch to "Multiplayer". There you can join people, or make an appointment yourself, and can determine your own rules, such as "Only German", or "Headset Required". But it does not always work, some deceive, unfortunately, even have special rights in the club, delete like the posts again, or it announces the time nobody… But I have often participated, and had a lot of fun in the matter.
