Well i have a 750ti and the game is running well on it the x has about a 1060 so it should run with reduced graphics?! I mean they can adapt / optimize the games so well on the console

What do I know if it would work… You have to ask Microsoft why they haven't released it for the XBox One X anymore. At some point there will be no more games for consoles, they are End Of Life. Nothing more comes for the PS3, although it would still pack one or the other game.
