How can I play or download Counter Strike Global Offensive on my Xbox One?

I can't find it in the Microsoft Store.

Yes there's CSGO for the console but to my knowledge only for the Old Gen Consoles so Xbox 360 & PS3 unless the game is backwards compatible there's no way to play CSGO on the Next Gen Consoles.
