Is it possible to set something in steam that the achievements you get in a game are displayed during the game by means of a pop-up?

Similar to xbox?

Achievements are shown on the overlay, you probably exhibited that.

Is Steam at the top left on Steam> Settings> In the game> Activate Steam Overlay in the game tick the box then they will be displayed again.
