Xbox account settings won't open?

Hi, whenever I enter: http://account.xbox.com/settings, I'm automatically forwarded to https://beta.support.xbox.com/help/family-online-safety/online-safety/manage-app-privacy-settings-xbox-one.

If I then click on "Data protection and online security" at the top, I also come back there, just like when I manually click on "Data protection settings" on the XBOX page under my gamertag: I always come to the support page but never to the real settings.

What happens to you when you enter that and do you know how to solve it, that you come into the settings?
