Forza Horizon 4 does not update?

I have the following problem, every time I want to start Forza Horizon 4 it says: "Forza Horizon 4 will be updated and can be used again shortly."

I've been there for more than 3 days but nothing is happening and in this confusing Xbox app I can't find anything where I can see what the problem is

Go to the Microsoft Store, click the down arrow at the top right, and then manually update Forza Horizon 4, had the same problem
