Geforce GTX 1650 4gb bad?

I'm new to PC gaming and wanted to ask if the geforce gtx 1650 is worth it for 180 euro. I do not want to gamble in the PC only now and then because I gamble more xbox therefore the graphics card should also be under 200 euro it should not be an ultra pc but also no potato if there are other possibilities please in the comments…

First of all, I would not operate a new card with such an old power supply, and secondly, I find 4gb vram clearly too little. My GTX 1060 6gb occasionally has problems with graphics memory, I would not recommend a stronger card with less graphics memory
