Gaming PC performance?

I would like to switch from the Playstation to a gamer PC! Now I'm VERY new to the field and have absolutely no idea what you need or what not! I'm mainly about playing Call of Duty Warzone! For the price, I have to say the third one is very ok

Of course, it's always best to assemble it yourself, but you will be able to play warzone smoothly with medium settings and have at least 70 FPS

FPS are the frames per second

So how many frames per second, the more, the better, a ps4 e.g. Has 60 FPS but with high settings so good graphics

I would recommend you to assemble a PC, so do the individual parts yourself
