Fallout 4 Xbox one hangs up?

So I've been playing this game on my console for four years without incident.

Since yesterday the game has started to stutter and hangs completely. Once it crashed completely.

The CD is absolutely fine, has no serious or many small scratches and is not smeared.

The console itself runs smoothly, it's purely the game that hangs up. What can I do about it?
