Xbox series S Sound Delay?

I've had Series s for about a month and I really like it so far. But I have a problem: the sound is asynchronous to the picture. In cutscenes or when I watch series or something, I notice it especially, because what I said does not match the movements of the mouth. Does anyone have any idea how I can "synchronize" this?

Where does the sound come from?

Most TVs or receivers have a controller in the sound settings with which such a delay can be set.

I hear it with a headset through the controller
