What happens to the games you received with xbox love gold after the expiration of xbox live gold?

The same as with PS4 games, which you get for free as part of a PS Plus membership.

After expiration of the membership you can't play these anymore. However, if you activate a membership again, you will be available again for the same account.

You can then no longer play as long as you do not complete a new Gold subscription.
