Quick Resume is awesome, the loading times are minimal and you can't even hear the console.

A console allows you to lounge comfortably on the couch with a controller to play on a huge TV. In combination with a surround system and you get pure home cinema.
With the Xbox, performance is best paired with the game pass at a phenomenal price-performance ratio.
Apart from that, I don't care whether a game costs 40.50, 60 or 70 euro. Or do you play tons of different games every month?

Well, on the PS4 I played almost all the exclusives and unfortunately Microsoft couldn't keep up.

Is a lot of personal preference. I don't want to demonize the XBOX myself, but in the end it just has a lot of power. The games are also available for the PC.
But I just can't play on any television. For me a monitor + mouse + keyboard is the only real thing and I prefer the possibilities a PC offers me than the limitations of an XBOX.
Only Forza could I play with a suitable TV (4K, 120Hz and a very low response time).
Why shouldn't Microsoft be able to keep up?
