A good open world game, which is USK or Pegi from 16?

I would like to buy an open world game for my Xbox. It should have an age rating of Pegi or USK from 16. And it should have something to do with today's time, so not share in the time of Assassin creed, but in today's time.

Yes it is and I'm no longer the Ubisoft fan anyway, because they are decreasing more and more. You can see it at Legion
