Xbox Controller for Windows 10 stops vibrating?

I have an Xbox One controller for my PC (Windows 10 Pro). The communicates with the PC via the supplied USB stick.

Unfortunately, it no longer vibrates (neither in the game, nor when I let it vibrate via the Xbox Accessories app for Windows 10.

Sometimes you can feel it a little, but most of the time not at all.

The Xbox app says: Battery level: Full

I also noticed the last few days at Mafia III. Thought it was my controllers. Maybe a patch will come soon.
