Do you have to pay for your servers at gportal every month?

I play with my friends conan exiles on the xbox and we rented a server from gportal a few months ago, then we didn't feel like it but wanted to start again, unfortunately our server has disappeared. That's why I wonder if you have to pay it every month so that it doesn't go away or if you don't have to pay it for a while, if so for how long? Does anyone know more? I think it's stupid if you work everything out and then everything is gone at some point, but if you have to pay 13 euro every month, it will be quite expensive in a few years.

Well why should they keep your server when you don't pay money? It is wiped and then simply rented out, otherwise they only make a minus of it

I don't know how it works at gportal, I never used the provider. They can certainly help you.
