Offline netflix to look on xbox one?

I would like to take my xbox one s on vacation probably but no internet there.

I would if it works then download the movies before.

Is this on the Xbox One S?

Or only on Android and IOS?

As far as I know you can download movies only on your phone, you can just test if you can download something on the Xbox. That you can watch Netflix without Internet should also be clear.
