Audio problems & mouse stutters?

For a few days now, my mouse is stuttering and my audio clocks and hangs regularly.

I have not really found many solutions on the Internet, but the problem occurs in 2019 more often.

I have the audio and video drivers reinstalled, and on the screen or on the headphone should not lie, because I have with the Nintendo Switch these problems do not have.

This is clearly visible when watching YouTube. I watch a video, 5 frames are dumped and my mouse stops weird as I move them while the audio stutters.

Again, when writing the screen stops short. It is a process of milliseconds and barely noticeable.

The audio source does not matter, as long as it comes minimally from the PC it hangs.

In the internet, I found the following solutions, which I have tried but have done nothing:

Run Windows Update
Reinstall drivers (Had probably helped with about the same problem, with similar PC-Specs)
FMAPP.exe and Realtek programs are with me (at least since the problem occurs, before that kA) does not exist.

I assume that it has something to do with the non-existent FMAPP, and would be glad if you could tell me what to do. If you have a completely different solution, please also let me know.

The screen freeze and the stuttering audio are simultaneous.

The problem has been occurring for only 2 days. Updates have, as I said, brought nothing.

I have Corsair HS70 headphones and a RX 480, as well as an extremely bad i7 870 CPU. Could also go to the museum.

It's not the mouse.

The problem occurs with every audio device.

So with my old laptop, it was that the Cpu just ran to stop and thus the same problems occurred. As you mentioned, you have an old i7. Just start a video and make the Task Manager in the foreground. Look, please, how high is the utilization. If there's 90-100%, then that should be your problem.

My parents also have an office PC and sometimes it also has "jerky or stuttering audio". It is also because the CPU is already at least 10 years old.

Unfortunately, I have no solutions, except to think about upgrading at some point.

First of all, thanks for the answer,

however, it is not on the CPU. I've just tested that, the CPU is on a pleasant 5-30 percent. If I use my mouse but wobbly, then I already have up to 50%.

The problem does not have to be the utilization. Your problem could also be the temperature of the CPU. If it is too high, the CPU automatically "fixes" down for protection. You should download a program for reading the temperature (best time to watch a YT video)
