Is there Traincraft for the XBox (Minecraft Mod)?

I scoured the Inet, but nowhere to find a way to play the Traincraft Mod for Minecraft on the XBox. Does anyone know?

No, unfortunately there's no support for mods on the PS4 or the XBOX One, although there have already been statements from Sony and Microsoft that they could already imagine this.
